Our teachers are highly trained in curriculum delivery enabling our students to achieve to high levels in a very challenging curriculum, ensuring our school meets and surpasses the integrity of the Ontario, Canada program.
Delia School of Canada has developed an elaborate IT support system for all our students. Students utilize their own personal lap tops to understand information sources to interpret, to think, and to communicate with a high degree of critical analysis across all subject disciplines. Our highly developed IT system allows students to learn and home and for parents to be fully informed and up to date with their children’s education.
Literacy is a major foundation for success in the global market. Literacy is incorporated and stressed across all subject disciplines. Our English Second Language program (ESL) has been developed to meet the needs of all students whose first language is not English. Our immersion style of ESL allows students to work towards their academic graduation requirements and at the same time successfully acquire English literacy skills allowing for success in course where English is the medium of instruction. Our multicultural students come together to form a strong school culture through many special events and an elaborate co-curricular program. Whether our students take their places as delegates at world youth conferences, student government, leaders within the vast array of our co-curricular programs and classroom programs, the strong relationships that are developed with students and families helps build the foundations of leadership skills and confidence for our students to become the global leaders of the future.
