Marketing  Manager

We are currently recruiting a Marketing Manager. 

The Marketing Manager will support: 

  • Report Directly to the School Principal
  • Work with the admissions team and sectional leadership teams
  • Follow the brand strategies and direction confirmed by the senior management team and translate it into concrete marketing plans and engagement campaigns to promote the school
  • Help establish a unique position for the Delia School of Canada
  • Oversee marketing plans, prepare budget and review the target, make real-time adjustments in order to optimize brand marketing campaign performance
  • Organise and attend promotional events
  • Oversee and support the digital initiatives and the social media platforms management such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Produce all promotional materials, including but not limited to website, video, brochures, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and WeChat), and the related layouts are aligning with the brand image and guidelines
  • Generate leads through events and build up channels to recruit target audiences until hitting the annual enrolment target
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Monitor market trends, research information of international schools markets, including but not limited to their tuition fee level, offering and uniqueness, and competitors activities to identify opportunities
  • Provide marketing information and consolidate market insights to the senior management team
  • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

 

Requirement

  • Bachelors Degree, preferably in communications, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experiences
  • An understanding of International schools sector or working in a similar role would be an advantage
  • Results driven
  • Good understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platform suchas Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Creative with ability to think out of box and attention to details
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent command of the written and oral English
  • Keep abreast of the latest education trends and marketing best practices
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as a team member

Substitute Teachers

We recruit Substitute Teachers throughout the school year for Grades PG1B to Grade 12.

DSC only employs qualified applicants who:

  • Have a university degree
  • Have some form of teacher training (ex. B.Ed., PGDE, PGCE,)
  • Are a Hong Kong Permanent Resident or holder of a dependent visa
